'David Alleyne from Future Stars Cricket Coaching and Game Development conducted three clinics with our U14/16 players. The clinics covered fielding, bowling and batting. David’s ability to engage with the players was fantastic. David’s sessions not only helped our players develop, but taught our coaches some new drills. David also provided some one on one wicket keeping session for my son. I was impressed how David was able to go back to fundamentals and provide a rock solid ‘set-up’ routine for a wicket keeper. I like the way David teaches the importance of the wicket keeping position for team and how the keeper ‘cleans up’ other mistakes and sets the tempo for the fielding team.
We looking forward to continuing our engagement in the future.'
Thanks David

Junior Coaching Co-ordinator West Ivanhoe CC Bill Emerson
Our club undertook to run a specialist coaching clinic for our junior players and after considerable investigation it was decided to have David Alleyne conduct the clinic for us, I had several discussions with David where he outlined his plans and expected outcomes for the players, I was confident he
would deliver what we wanted for our players.
David’s preparation and planning was in depth and covered all aspects of the game, he also delivered
specialist coaching in wicket keeping and batting. His drills were challenging and varied and the players involved were kept motivated throughout the 2 x 2 hour sessions, he gave considerable feedback to not only the group but to the individual player and at all times the feedback was delivered in a positive and constructive manner.
Five of our coaches participated over the 2 day clinic and were very pleased with the ideas and advice David offered to them as coaches on skills and drills to make cricket training more relevant and enjoyable, every coach gained much from the experience of working with David.
In my role as Junior Coaching Co-ordinator I was very pleased the way David quickly gained the boys respect and interest and it was obvious that he delivered his coaching across several age groups in ways in which all the boys could understand and process.
David’s 2 day clinic will benefit our boys in reaching their goals and expectations for their cricketing careers, our club will be using David to conduct further clinics in the future. He showed us all players and coaches what can be achieved .
