Testimonials
Having worked closely with Dave personally and during his time at Richmond Cricket Club, I thoroughly recommend his coaching services to anyone from junior level through to professionals. These players were all represented at our club and Dave’s 20 year playing and coaching experience from grassroots to elite level, combined with his extensive qualifications, ensured he was able to relate to a large number of players individual requirements. Every player looking to move their game forward can benefit from Dave’s knowledge of current coaching methods and absolute passion for the sport, creating an enjoyable learning process along the way.

David Alleyne from Future Stars Cricket Coaching and Game Development conducted three clinics with our U14/16 players this year. The clinics covered fielding, bowling and batting. David’s ability to engage with the players was fantastic. David’s sessions not only helped our players develop, but taught our coaches some new drills. David also provided some one on one wicket keeping session for my son. I was impressed how David was able to go back to fundamentals and provide a rock solid ‘set-up’ routine for a wicket keeper. I like the way David teaches the importance of the wicket keeping position for team and how the keeper ‘cleans up’ other mistakes and sets the tempo for the fielding team.
We looking forward to continuing our engagement in the future.
Thanks David

Your influence at our club, knowledge for the game and ability to educate young men and children has definitely made the club stronger. It has further assisted the club in the development of stronger core values and goals. The results you’ve achieved this season speak for them self. 3 premiership flags and a runners up!

David is the best coach I have come across. His cricket knowledge is second to none and reinforced through playing cricket at a professional level for ten years. He always gives 100% whether he is coaching juniors, club cricketers or professionals. He approachable and a brilliant communicator whose coaching has had a massive impact on all teams he has been involved with. During my time playing cricket with David he always had time to chat, make suggestions about my own game and help me whenever I needed it. His approach to coaching has an emphasis on fun but is always focused on improving specific skills. I have no hesitation in recommending David, your game is in the best possible hands.

Going out to Australia is always a good experience for young cricketers, but it makes the stay more beneficial when you get to work closely with a high quality coach. I was fortunate enough to have worked hard on all aspects of my game with David throughout my stay in Melbourne. Not only technical but the mental side of the game too. It always helps to be coached by someone who has played the game to the standard in which I want to achieve and I felt that with his experience and knowledge of the game that he was a superb coach and model for me. I went from working with David in Melbourne all winter back to the English summer and had one of my better seasons. Making my first, first class century Scoring 221 V Hampshire 2013. I can’t wait to work with him again soon!

I first meet David as a 14 year old when I was playing representative cricket for Middlesex colts. We have since formed a close professional relationship that developed during our time playing first class cricket together. David has been able to provide myself with outstanding assistance in honing my all round game. David is a extremely knowledgeable, detailed, passionate, and hardworking coach who always made my sessions challenging & rewarding & I have been very fortunate to call on his services over the years. Any player wanting to improve their game should use a coach of this caliber 100%.

Jackson joined David Alleyne’s Futures Stars program in the winter of 2014 for his 12 week program, Jackson had a very serious growth spurt the previous year which affected his batting, David changed his batting stance and tightened his technique with wonderful results enabling Jackson to the leading scorer in the Diamond Valley Cricket Association U 16’s Blue, winning the batting average award with 372 runs at 62.00 including two fifties and his maiden century. Not only was his batting improved remarkably ,his bowling progress has enabled Jackson to make his senior debut in Preston’s 1st XI as an opening bowler at the age of 16. Finally Jackson now understands his own game thanks to David’s techniques and philosophies and understands what is required to get to the next level and beyond.
Both Jackson and I would not hesitate to recommend David as a personal coach or to join one of his future stars groups, David’s knowledge and experience is unsurpassed.

A word from Junior Coaching Co-ordinator West Ivanhoe CC
Bill Emerson
Our club undertook to run a specialist coaching clinic for our junior players and after considerable investigation it was decided to have David Alleyne conduct the clinic for us, I had several discussions with David where he outlined his plans and expected outcomes for the players, I was confident he
would deliver what we wanted for our players.
David’s preparation and planning was in depth and covered all aspects of the game, he also delivered
specialist coaching in wicket keeping and batting. His drills were challenging and varied and the players involved were kept motivated throughout the 2 x 2 hour sessions, he gave considerable feedback to not only the group but to the individual player and at all times the feedback was delivered in a positive and constructive manner.
Five of our coaches participated over the 2 day clinic and were very pleased with the ideas and advice David offered to them as coaches on skills and drills to make cricket training more relevant and enjoyable, every coach gained much from the experience of working with David.
In my role as Junior Coaching Co-ordinator I was very pleased the way David quickly gained the boys respect and interest and it was obvious that he delivered his coaching across several age groups in ways in which all the boys could understand and process.
David’s 2 day clinic will benefit our boys in reaching their goals and expectations for their cricketing careers, our club will be using David to conduct further clinics in the future. He showed us all players and coaches what can be achieved . Thanks from the ‘Roosters’
'I have worked closely with David on both batting and wicket keeping aspects of my game.
His communication, work ethic and willingness to match my enthusiasm for training and striving to improve was second to none.We worked on some great stuff in the build up to my season back home and definitely have seen the benefits over the last couple years. His knowledge of not just the league structure/county competition in England but also the grade/district competition in Australia is fantastic, which would benefit anyone wanting to improve their game.I would highly recommend any cricketer to get into touch with David. He has helped my game,I'm sure he will have some great input into yours!!!'
